Sample selection

The key issue influencing the end result of the survey is the appropriate selection of respondents. Just as important as whether we choose a random or deliberate sample is, for example, the selection of the proportion of prefixes of telephone numbers to which we call in telephone polls or the grace period for surveys on our panel of Internet users.

In addition to providing advice on the right approach to recruitment, we use a variety of sources and routes to reach the appropriate groups of respondents.

This is just an example of decisions we make every day when launching a new study. With experience gained from thousands of projects we know what to watch out for, we also know which elements determine the success of the project. We talk to our customers about this, and we advise on choosing the right approach to sampling.

We consciously manage our databases, especially by maintaining the highest quality standards for information security.

One of the most valuable resources we have is our panel of Internet users with a structure similar to Polish population. We also work with proven and GDPR/RODO-certified database vendors to help us implement research on narrowly profiled samples.
