Due to the dynamic development of our company, we are currently looking for employees to fill the position: Leader (Supervisor) of Telephone Research with Ukrainian Language

Location: Warsaw or Radom

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervision of the work of telephone interviewers (watching and listening to interviews)
• Training of interviewers for new projects
• Overseeing recruitment, selection and implementation of new surveys
• Registering and supervision of projects commissioned by Opinia24 Coordinators
• Ensuring the highest quality standard of surveys conducted in accordance with industry code and RODO regulations
